Experience difficulties communicating with your advisor and others? Looking to build stronger relationships now and for the future?  Want to develop more understanding of yourself and others?

Emotional intelligence - the ability to understand ourselves and others – is central to career and personal success. We will identify how being emotionally intelligent enables us to communicate more effectively and build stronger working partnerships.

By the end of this workshop you will have:

  • Identified practical strategies for communicating effectively in your research relationships
  • Built a stronger self-understanding and an awareness of how to modify behaviour to maximise interactions with others.
